Description

Calathea ‘Medallion’ is a gorgeous tropical houseplant known for its broad, rounded leaves and bold, almost painted-looking patterns. The tops of the leaves feature layered shades of green with lighter markings, while the undersides bring in rich purple tones for even more contrast.

Like other prayer plants, its leaves naturally move throughout the day in response to changes in light, giving the plant a little extra personality.

🌤️ Light: Give your Medallion Calathea a bright to medium indirect view of the sky. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can scorch or fade the foliage.

💧 Water: Water when the soil is approximately 25% dry. Medallion Calatheas prefer their soil to stay consistently lightly moist without becoming soggy.
