You must provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability.
Live plants naturally vary in size, color, shape, fullness and growth pattern. The plant received may not look exactly like the example photograph.
Colors may also appear differently depending on the customer’s screen and lighting.
Plant-Care Information
Plant-care guidance provided by Fleurish Plant Care is educational and based on the information available at the time.
Plant health depends on many conditions outside our control, including light, soil, watering frequency, temperature, humidity, airflow, pests and the customer’s home environment. We cannot guarantee a particular plant-care result after delivery or completion of a consultation.
Prices and Availability
Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, substitute eligible subscription plants or cancel an order when inventory is unavailable, information is incorrect or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, pricing errors or other reasonable business concerns.
Customers authorize the payment method selected during checkout to be charged for the order total, applicable shipping and taxes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Fleurish Plant Care Shipping Policy.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Weather, holidays, carrier interruptions and plant-safety concerns may delay shipment.
Fleurish Plant Care is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, but we will assist customers with available tracking and claim information when appropriate.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, damage claims, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Fleurish Plant Care Return and Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases renew automatically according to the schedule and price displayed during checkout until paused or canceled.
Subscription billing, substitutions, shipping, cancellations and failed payments are governed by the Fleurish Plant Care Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Events
Event tickets are valid only for the event, date and location identified in the listing.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets are nonrefundable. Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.
Fleurish Plant Care may reschedule, relocate or cancel an event when necessary. Customers will be notified of material changes using the contact information provided during purchase.
Services and Appointments
Consultations, repotting, plant sitting, rentals and other services may require advance approval, scheduling and a separate quote.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the plants, location, access requirements and known pest concerns.
Fleurish Plant Care may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, undisclosed pest issues are present or the requested work falls outside the agreed scope.
Third-Party Products and Fulfillment
Some products are fulfilled or shipped by third-party suppliers. These items may arrive separately, have different processing times and include separate shipping charges.
Questions or concerns regarding any website order should still be directed to Fleurish Plant Care.
Intellectual Property
Website text, original photographs, graphics, educational materials, event materials, branding and the Fleurish Plant Care name are owned by or licensed to Fleurish Plant Care, LLC.
Content may not be copied, republished, sold, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
