The Hawaiian Pothos is a larger-growing variety of Pothos prized for its oversized, glossy heart-shaped leaves and vibrant green foliage accented with golden variegation. As it matures, its leaves become significantly larger than those of a standard Golden Pothos, giving it a lush, tropical appearance that's perfect for making a statement.

Easy to care for and incredibly adaptable, Hawaiian Pothos can be grown trailing from a hanging basket or trained to climb a moss pole, where it will reward you with even larger, more impressive foliage. Its vigorous growth and forgiving nature make it an excellent choice for both beginner and experienced plant parents.

Thrives with an indirect view of the sky.

Bright, indirect light encourages faster growth and vibrant variegation. It will tolerate medium light, though growth may slow and variegation may become less pronounced. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

💧 Water

Water thoroughly, then allow the soil to dry 50% before watering again.

Hawaiian Pothos prefers evenly moist soil but is forgiving if you occasionally forget to water. Never allow the plant to sit in standing water.

Prefers temperatures between 65–85°F.

Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 55°F. This tropical plant thrives in average household conditions.

🌱 Soil

Plant in a well-draining indoor potting mix that provides good airflow around the roots. Always use a pot with drainage holes.

A fast-growing trailing or climbing vine. When provided with a moss pole or other support, it can develop impressively large, lush foliage.
